Briefly, the owners, Gurmail and Balbir Basi, oversee the selection of an array of appetizers, followed by some vegetarian dishes prepared in Chef Govinda's magical pan, along with a couple of chicken and shrimp dishes, all of which are accompanied by selections of rice and naan.
